Initially we figured it could take up to a year to find the right new house in a nice neighborhood with a nice size lot.  Someplace we could put in a nice office.  Went to an open house on a Sunday, it was just what we were looking for!  We bought it on Tuesday.
Then we got this house ready and put it on the market the Thursday of Mother's Day weekend.
It was on the market 5 days! (we had 12 showings and sold this house Monday night).
